Hangzhou Triennial Of Fiber Art

November 21, 2007, Professor Shi Hui(施慧), the head of the Fiber and Space Art Studio of CAA went to Tokyo for JAPANTEX2007 with studio members. The artwork “Beauty＋Mirror” created by young lecturer Huang Yan(黄燕) and three postgraduates Wang Fei(汪菲), He Shanshan(何姗姗) and Ying Xinxun(应歆珣) was invited to show on the exhibition themed “Tactile and Change of Emerging Fiber”. Works from 33 universities including Musashino Art University, Tokyo Art University, Tokyo Zokei University, Tamagawa University and Dohto University was displayed on the event. The subject of this exposition is to explore the potential of fiber materials and discover the unique charm of fibers through this subject.
